How It Works.

From the first conversation to the final shipment —
a process designed to keep you informed and in control.

§ Introduction

Premium fabric sourcing should not be complicated. In practice, it often is — because most of the complexity is invisible until something goes wrong.

We have designed a process that keeps you informed, in control, and focused on your work while we manage the supply chain.

§ The Process

Four steps from
brief to bolt.

Cotton on fabric
  • Step 01

    Tell Us What You Need

Start with a conversation or a written brief. Tell us about your project — the garment, the season, the end market, your production volume, and what you're looking for in a material. Technical specifications are useful if you have them. If you don't, we'll ask the right questions to get there together.

Every new inquiry is handled directly by Nataliia. You will speak with the person who actually sources your fabric.

  • Step 02

    We Source & Sample

Based on your brief, we identify candidate fabrics from our existing supplier network —or commission a targeted search if the project requires something outside our current catalog. We evaluate candidates against your criteria before anything is sent to you.

Physical samples arrive at your studio within 10–14 business days from brief confirmation, with full technical data: fiber content, weight (gsm), width, available colors, MOQ, and price range.

  • Step 03

    Approve & Order

You select the fabric. We confirm stock availability, lead time, and pricing directly with the mill. We handle negotiation, documentation, and payment terms on your behalf.

You receive a clear written order confirmation before any production commitment is made. No surprises. No undisclosed markups.

  • Step 04

    Production & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we manage production scheduling, in-person quality inspection at the mill, and export documentation. Shipment is arranged to your destination — by air for time-sensitive orders, by rail to Europe within approximately 30 days, or by sea for larger volumes.

Standard lead time from order confirmation to shipping: 3–5 weeks for short-run production. Custom or large-volume orders: agreed individually at the order stage.
